Carter Coleman & Ragland is a regional litigation firm led by three highly experienced trial attorneys, and supported by a dedicated group of creative and energetic attorneys and assistants. 

The firm is based in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.  Our attorneys represent clients in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.  In special cases the firm also represents clients in states beyond these jurisdictions in association with local counsel.
